As usual Tess Gerritsen will keep you on your toes with this page turning book.  This is the 5th in the Rizzoli and Isles series.  But of course you can read it as a stand alone too.  About young women coming to the US of A with hopes for a better life.  Whose dreams were shuttered right when they step on the land.  Dr. Isles discovering that a body in her morgue is not really dead.  Rizzoli is about to give birth but of course there has to have some drama around the time of delivery.  A mother can also relate to Rizzoli about motherhood here.  Government officials who are appointed to high ranking office does not mean they don't have any dark sides.  As one reviewer mentioned "It's the finest thriller that begs to be read in one sitting".
