Bean and Beef Skillet

A fast meal to fix from "Taste of Homes"


1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (28 ounces) baked beans
1/4 cup barbecue sauce or ketchup
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese


1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.

2. Stir in the beans and sauce; heat through.

3. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook on low until cheese is melted.
