Crock Pot Balsamic Pork Roast

Finding something that everybody eats is always a challenge for me.  This one is approved by everybody in our house.  I got this from skinnytaste

  • 2 pound boneless pork shoulder roast (sirloin roast)
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
